Otherwise, the use of information about the private life of a citizen in state, public or other public interests, as well as in cases where information about the private life of a citizen has previously become publicly available or has been disclosed by the citizen himself, with his consent, is not regarded as a violation.

This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data @Quick OSINT bot (hereinafter - the Operator).

User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of @Quick OSINT bot (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) on the one hand and the user of the quickosint.com website (hereinafter referred to as the Service) on the other. The @Quick OSINT bot service is not a mass medium. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use the @Quick OSINT bot service!

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right to:

search for information through the Site and its service @Quick OSINT bot;
receive information through the site and its service @Quick OSINT bot;
use the information of the site and its Services for personal non-commercial purposes.

The administration has the right:

at its discretion and need to create, change, cancel rules;
restrict access to any information on the site;
make changes to the @Quick OSINT bot service, as well as provide access to new services with the subsequent notification of the User;
at any time to change the terms of this Agreement with or without subsequent notification to the User. In connection with the foregoing, the User is recommended to independently check the current version of this Agreement on the Portal;

The user undertakes:

not to use the services of the Portal for any illegal purposes;
not to disrupt the functionality of the site and its Services;
to take full responsibility for all actions carried out on the service located on the Internet @Quick OSINT bot;
not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services;
use only one account on the service at a time and only from one device, as well as not to transfer your account details to third parties. If the User violates this rule, the Administration may block the User's account (including the User's Personal Account), as well as delete information about the User from the information systems of the Portal.

The administration undertakes:

maintain the functionality of the Site and its Services, except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.

Responsibility of the parties:

the administration does not bear any responsibility for the services provided by the third parties;
in case of a force majeure situation (military action, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource;
the reports are generated based on information provided from external sources that are reliable. However, since these sources are external and the information received cannot be verified in any way, the Operator is not responsible for the inaccuracy, errors and incompleteness of the information contained in the reports. The operator cannot guarantee the suitability and sufficiency of the information contained in the reports for the specific goals pursued by the user, as well as the achievement of these goals by the user;
the Operator is not responsible for any claims or damage incurred by the user or third parties in connection with a misunderstanding of the receipt of the service, incorrect or erroneous introduction of identification data into the request, the user's misuse of the reports provided by the Operator, or due to the presence of incomplete/inaccurate reports information;
the Operator is not responsible for losses (both real damage and lost profits, as well as any other losses, including intangible, harm to honor, dignity, business reputation) of the User as a result of the User's use of the @Quick OSINT bot service.

Terms of the Agreement

this Agreement enters into force upon registration on the website or its Services;
registration on the website or its Services means the beginning of interaction with the Telegram bot @Quick OSINT bot;
the agreement is valid indefinitely;
the administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion;
the administration does not notify users about the change in the Agreement.

The reports received by users on the Operator's portal and / or @Quick OSINT bot service are intended only for personal, non-commercial use and cannot be used by users for commercial purposes.
